I've been involved in sports for many years, training consistently without any significant breaks (except for planned recovery "vacations") for over 15 years. In February 2020, I suffered an ankle injury and had to take a 3-month break from training. Then the pandemic hit, and the COVID-19 I contracted took a toll on my already aging functionality. Getting back was incredibly tough. My mind knew what to do, but my lungs and entire respiratory system just couldn't keep up. I was starting to panic.
That's when I found the O2IN trainer online. The company O2IN_Russia kindly provided me with the trainer for testing, and I used it to prepare for the 2021 Russian Jiu-Jitsu Championship after nearly a year-long break.
I can only say good things: First, you warm up much faster and can catch your breath in a very short period. This helped me not only during preparation but also during the competition itself—allowing me to spend less time and, more importantly, less energy on warming up.
Second, my recovery truly progressed by leaps and bounds, and in just 2 months, I was back in shape: I am now a seven-time Russian champion. Thanks to O2IN and my entire team!
