Who We Are and How We Came Up with the O2IN Trainer
When entrepreneurs are asked how they came up with the idea for their product, it's common to hear stories about how the founders personally struggled with a problem and finally solved it through their innovation.

But that wasn’t the case for us. We all led the typical urban lifestyle, working 10-12 hours a day, taking time to relax when possible, and certainly not thinking much about breathing. After all, it's something we assume is just taken care of automatically. We didn’t feel the need to do anything special to breathe. To stay in shape, yes, we might hit the gym or go for a run, but breathing? How could we even know if we were breathing effectively? How strong were our respiratory muscles? We're pretty sure few people ever ask themselves these questions during their lives.
When we met the scientists who developed the technology of vibrational load on respiratory muscles, our lives underwent significant improvements, and many stereotypes were shattered, such as:
  • We get so tired because of the fast pace of life. With so many tasks and so little time, who would have thought that chronic fatigue syndrome is closely linked to our breathing?
  • Chronic coughing is just a result of the environment—what can you do when you live in an industrial city? It turns out that lung cleansing and training respiratory muscles can not only address this issue but also help you recover faster from colds or even prevent them altogether when combined with preventive measures.
  • Infrequent (let's be honest) workouts can become easier and more effective, not due to increased load, but because of proper breathing.
  • Brain function, skin condition, and toxin elimination all directly depend on the state of the respiratory muscles, not just on acquiring more information, additional cosmetic treatments, or a weekly detox (though all of these will certainly be beneficial too!).
It turns out that many people already know this. Professional athletes have long worked on strengthening their respiratory muscles, and many practices in yoga, qigong, and other disciplines incorporate breathwork into the core of their methodologies.

Working with the respiratory muscles is beneficial not only for those aiming for sports records. The quality of breathing is fundamental to health and beauty. Strong respiratory muscles are the foundation of our overall effectiveness.
O2IN is a young company built on scientific expertise, proven technology in the professional field, and the experience of specialists: engineers, sports medicine professionals, designers, and athletes.
O2IN is a private initiative that we self-fund to remain independent and to ensure we can create a product we truly believe in and are committed to.
Over the past two years, we’ve tested the technology on ourselves, and we are now absolutely confident that everyone should know about the benefits and possibilities of training the respiratory muscles!
